How do I register for an account with BulletMail?
Head over to the register page here, then enter the required information for registering your account: your desired email address and password. You may also optionally enter your full name, a recovery email address (in case you forget your password), and phone number.

The following questions relate to managing your BulletMail account.

How do I register or login to more email accounts?
Hover over the account dropdown menu in the top right corner of the page select "Login to another account" or "Register another account." Once you have either logged in or registered another account, you will be able to switch between accounts by hovering over the account dropdown menu, hovering over the desired email address, and using the links nested dropdown menu.
How do I change my account information?
How do I change the password for my account?
How do I permanently delete my account?

Upgrade Questions (4)

See the following questions for information related to upgrading your account and managing your subscription.

How do I upgrade my account?
After logging in to the desired account, hover over the account dropdown menu in the top right corner of the page then hover over the desired email address and click upgrade. First you must add funds to pay for the subscription by depositing Bitcoin or via PayPal. Once you have added sufficient funds, upgrade to the desired plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
What happens when my subscription expires and I am over my new quota?

How to use PGP mail encryption?
  1. Login to bulletmail.org and open up the PGP key tab.
  2. Generate a new keypair for your account (screenshot).
  3. Import the public key of the receiver of an email you would like to send the email to (screenshot).
  4. Write your email and make sure to check the both checkboxes to include your public key and encrypt message (screenshot).
  5. Enjoy easy and secure communication using bulletmail :o).

Where's the cloud located?
Our cloud (nextcloud) is running on server located in France to keep your data safe and secure.
How to access the cloud?
You can access the cloud by using this link. You can find your username and reset your cloud password inside your account.
What are the quotas for cloud access?
To be able to access our cloud, you'll need a paid plan (professional or ultimate plan). Professional plan users get 5GB of quota and Ultimate plan users get 20GB of storage space.
